Jordan Kennedy
Senior Coach / Owner
My name is Jordan and this will be my 23rd year at Flitecrew.
I am one of the head coaches and the co-founder of Flitecrew Infinity Cheerleading. I began at Flitecrew trampoline club at the age of 4 and competed internationally. Over my 15 year career, in my early years I won the title of Sussex champion 8 times. As I progressed I went on to win the title of National Champion 3 times, individually twice and synchro once. Along with Laurel, in 2016 we decided Cheerleading would be a fun programme to start up alongside trampolining. My focus slowly switched over to cheer and since then we have created 6 competition teams, competed all around the country and gained many trophies and banners. I have been involved with Flitecrew ever since I can remember, the opportunities it has given me have been endless and I am very proud of the Flitecrew family we have created!
Jessica Kennedy
Senior Coach / Owner
Hi, I’m Jessica and I am one of the head coaches of the Cheerleading division. I am a Level 3 coach, and have been a part of Flitecrew for nearly 22 years having started my journey in trampoline at age 4, before I pursued my passion of dance at age 10. Over my 10 year career I have performed in many of London’s West End theatres, in Disneyland Paris and Spain. I began to coach cheer for Flitecrew and instantly found a love for the sport, especially the dance and performance element within the cheer world. I choreographed our Senior Pom team, who took 1st place internationally in Disneyland Paris. I have had so many amazing opportunities through my time at Flitecrew as both an athlete and coach, my aim is to pass on my knowledge and performance experience to help athletes grow in confidence and have fun in the crazy world of cheerleading!
Isa Mitchell
Cheer Coach / Trampoline Judge / Junior Trampoline Coach
Laurel calls me a home grown athlete and coach. I joined Flitecrew trampolining in 2013 following in my sisters' footsteps and joined cheerleading when it started in 2015. I think that trampolining and cheerleading complement each other really well and I'm lucky that I can train in both sports here. With trampolining I am a national competitor and have my British Gymnastics Helper qualification as well as achieving Club Judge qualification and look forward to becoming a qualified coach. With cheerleading, I also compete and have a BGU Junior Coach qualification. As I started so young, Flitecrew is in my blood!
Sophie Hilliard
Cheer Coach
I am a level 4 BGU qualified cheerleading coach. I am an ex gymnast who competed at regional level before switching to cheerleading over 6 years ago. I found a love for cheer because it is a team sport and fulfilled my love of dance, stunts and tumbling. I have taken a break from competing to study for my A levels, but I continue to coach alongside. I have also competed in many trampoline competitions representing Flitecrew.
Sarah Roche
Senior Trampoline Coach / Trampoline Judge
Hi, l am Sarah Roche. I have been a nurse for over 40 years and involved in trampolining for 25! I am mum of Emily, and decided to “help!” when she started to jump aged 6! Since then l have judged at national comps and coached to senior level. After a break due to back surgery, l am now so happy to be back, part of the Flitecrew family, supporting Emily to increase her coaching qualifications and develop the national and regional performers.
Emily Roche
Senior Trampoline Coach
Hi I’m Emily and I have been a member of Flitecrew for over 22 years joining at the age of 6. I was a competitive trampolinist until my early 20s, winning a number of Regional and National awards. I very much enjoyed my Trampolining career, and have now been coaching for 13 years starting at the age of 15 and I have been a qualified judge for 12 years. I am a passionate coach, and enjoying continuing on the Flitecrew Legacy.
Kira Pickering
Level 2 Trampoline Coach
I have been with Flitecrew since I was 9 years old and competed regionally and nationally in trampolining. I also competed for Flitecrew Infinity Cheerleading for 3 seasons. I loved my time as a performer for both trampolining and cheer so I decided to become a coach. I am a qualified level 2 trampoline coach and I have also started my level 3 qualification. I love being a coach and when a child learns a new skill, it really makes my day.
Sally Dowell
Cheerleading Coach, Qualified level 1 & 2
I have been a coach for 30+ years and my goals as a coach are simple; I want to be recognised as a role model who inspires & motivates athletes to be the best they can be. I try to influence my athletes to be confident, proud and passionate about cheer and their team. Winning competitions, trophies and titles is what we all aspire to, but nurturing talent, installing a good work ethic and being a great team player are the foundations I try to build along the way.
My daughter Sadie joined Flitecrew 7 years ago, aged 4. She loves everything about Cheer and Trampoline and Flitecrew has become her second family. I am forever grateful for the opportunities the coaches, officers and club have given her.
Lisa Temple
Trampoline COACH Level 2 and add on skills, level 3 module 1
After retiring as a Flitecrew performer I came back when my 3 children joined the club 17 years ago. My passion lies with the performer achieving their first front and back ss on their own but also enjoy teaching the higher level skills
Niah Faulkes
Cheer Coach / Trampoline Judge
I have been Cheerleading since 2022, and have loved every second of it! From competing with my friends and sister to coaching our youngest athletes, Flitecrew has taught me so much. I have my BGU Junior Coach qualification, and this year I have had the opportunity to be Team Captain of Vortex Season 7.
In 2023, I joined trampolining and have competed at regional level. I also qualified as a trampoline judge this year. I really enjoy being a part of the Flitecrew family as both an athlete and a coach.
Scarlett Zealand
Cheer Coach
I have a background of gymnastics, which I started at the age of 6, and went on to compete at regional level. I went to a cheer trial and loved it straight away, and I have since enjoyed being a flyer and a base. Recently, I attended BGU coaching course to gain level 1 & 2 cheer qualification.
Kayla Johnston
Cheer Coach
I've been at Flitecrew for over 7 years and I've loved every minute of it. I have my BGU junior and level 2 coaching qualifications, and since 2022 I've coached recreational, stunt, and competition teams. Since starting cheer in 2017, I've been to countless cheerleading competitions as an athlete and a coach. I've competed in level 1 and 2 teams, which has given me so many incredible experiences and memories. I love coaching as I'm able to share my passion for the sport with others which is amazing. Cheer is a sport that requires teamwork and dedication, which is exactly why I love it.
Amelia Moore
Cheer Coach
I have been with Flitecrew for 7 years, have been competing for 5 years and am a Level 1 coach. I started dancing at the age of 2 and did gymnastics at 8 years old, which I did for a few months until I heard of Flitecrew infinity cheerleading. Cheerleading is a great experience for people with all different abilities and backgrounds. I love encouraging and working with the children, watching them grow up to become successful and compete, following in Flitecrew's coaches' footsteps.
Mia Dower
Cheer Coach
Hi my name is Mia! I’m 15 and have a strong passion for cheer, and I really enjoy being part of the competition team as it offers new opportunities and has really boosted my confidence. I also really enjoy coaching and sharing my enthusiasm and love for cheer with others.
Erin Macdonald
Coach/Judge
Hi, I’m Erin a long term gymnast, coach and judge for Flitecrew. I started as a performer competing in regional and National competitions at the age of 11. I began my coaching career at 14, taking my level 1 coaching qualification at the age of 16, and became a qualified level 3 coach by 19. My qualifications allow me to teach elite athletes multiple double somersaults which I thoroughly enjoy! I was also able to complete my first judging qualification alongside my coaching in order to help the club out at our younger performers competitions.
My favourite thing about Flitecrew is the family we created and how it continues to grow every day! 12 years on and my time at Flitecrew has only just started!

I joined Flitecrew in 2022 and have been lucky enough to be part of the competition teams. In September 2023, I did my BGU Junior Level 1 coaching course and currently help coach the Teenies. I love helping, teaching them and watching them grow. I can’t wait to gain more qualifications to further my coaching passion.
I also joined Trampolining in 2023 and have already learnt so much. I love both trampolining and cheer, and love being part of the Flitecrew family!

Hi I’m Lily, and I love everything about cheer! I joined Flitecrew in 2022, and cheer is now a huge part of my life. I have done 2 seasons in Dynamite competition team, and Eclipse stunt team which I have absolutely loved. It’s the best!
All the coaches are so helpful and friendly, I’ve learnt so much! I knew I wanted to start coaching as soon as I was old enough. I have now started my junior coaching and it’s amazing to help the younger athletes learn all the skills needed. I really enjoy coaching, and I love Flitecrew!
Emily Whitson

Hi, I'm Emily!
As a former gymnast for nine years, I joined Flitecrew in 2021 and love every aspect of Cheer. I have competed in two seasons and this season I also joined the Stunt Team. I've learned many skills on my journey so far, namely dedication, a positive attitude and that hard work always pays off!
Since becoming a qualified Level 1 coach I've worked with a variety of age groups and thrive on improving skills, motivating / inspiring athletes and creating lasting memories.
Holly Whitson
Junior Cheer Coach
Hi, I'm Holly!
I joined the Flitecrew family in 2021. I've had the honour of being selected as Dynamite's Team Captain for Season Seven and also joined the Stunt Team in 2023. Cheer teaches you so many things, like positive attitude, determination and working together as a team. As a coach I love offering encouragement and witnessing athletes grow!
Georgie Durham
Junior Cheer Coach
Hi, I'm Georgie!
I’ve been cheerleading since 2017, and I really enjoy the competitive side of cheer. I have a BGU Junior Coach qualification and love coaching the young athletes, seeing them achieve and develop in a sport that I love!
Officials, Welfare and Parents' Association
Trish Mitchell
I joined Flitecrew as a parent in 2012 when my eldest daughter joined trampolining. The middle daughter joined shortly after with the youngest following a year later. When cheerleading began, the younger two added cheer to their activities. In the meantime, I became a trampoline judge and welfare officer for the club. My youngest is still at the club one decade later - we call her a homegrown athlete and coach! #flitecrewfamily
Hi I’m Angela, my daughter Alivia joined Flitecrew in 2021. Alivia did tryouts in 2022 and became part of a competition team. Recently she has joined Flitecrew trampolining too. I have now taken on the role of a welfare/safeguarding officer.
My youngest daughter joined Flitecrew in 2021, followed by one of her older sisters in 2022. They quickly fell in love with all aspects of Flitecrew Cheer, then joined Trampolining too!
As we became more involved in the club, I initially became part of the Flitecrew welfare team as a parent volunteer. In Spring 2024, I completed my Welface Officer training to help support the ever growing number of athletes in the club. We all absolutely love being part of the Flitecrew family!
HI, I’m Jenny,. My daughter Amelia joined Flitecrew back in 2022 and fell in love with cheer instantly. She was lucky enough to get a place on a competition team and has gone on to have 2 great seasons so far.
She started Trampolining in 2023 and the love for both cheer and trampolining continues.
Just over a year after Amelia joined Flitecrew, I became part of the Flitecrew welfare team.
Angela Macdonald
Judge
Hi…. My name is Angela Macdonald and I am a Club Judge for Flitecrew. My daughter Erin started with the club in 2011, and instead of sitting on the sidelines, I get a better seat to watch her jump. I was a bit nervous at first, but the same with a gymnast, the more practice you do, the better you get at it. I have now been judging for 10 years, even though my daughter no longer jumps, I still like to keep my hand in at competitions, it keeps me up to date on any changes.
Danine Pickering
Flitecrew Parents' Association
The reason I joined the FPA is because my daughter Kira competed with Flitecrew for over 10 years! I am the fundraiser for the events that we do and love to sell a Raffle Ticket or two! I love organising, planning and getting involved so this was ideal for me to be a part of.
Amy Harris
Trampoline Judge
Amy has been trampolining since the age of 4. She joined Flitecrew a year later and and first competed for Flitecrew at age 5. Over 10 years later and Amy still loves trampolining and has been coaching at The Bridge on Thursday evenings. Amy recently qualified as a Club Judge and is excited to support the club and the performers in this new capacity.
Kata Penzes
Trampoline Judge
Hi, I'm Kata, and I'm a judge at the Trampoline Club. Our story with Flitecrew began in 2018 when my daughter started cheerleading at 4 years old. She's a girly girl who loves sparkles, shiny clothes, and being sassy.
A year later, she joined the trampoline team, because she always enjoyed jumping around, and she fell in love with it instantly. After 5 years, I decided to become more involved with the club and trained to be a judge.
Flitecrew isn't just a sports club, it's like a big family, with its special blue and red colours. We're so proud to be part of it!
